ROLE | lead designer
Overview
During my last semester of university, I was assigned a project where I would create my own institution and design any branding and deliverables that were needed to effectively run it. I was given the duration of the semester to work on this project.
01 BRANDING
A REVIVAL OF AN ART FORM
The first step in creating my own museum was creating a logo. After identifying the target audience, researching current trends, and many sketches, I designed the logo and branding for the institute.

02 WAY-FINDING & SIGNAGE
WHICH WAY?
THAT WAY!
The next step in the design process was establishing way-finding and signage that would be placed in my institution. Through different articles, examples, and research, I designed easy to comprehend way-finding materials.

03 RETAIL APPLICATIONS
WHAT WOULD I BUY?
From there, I designed different products that would be sold within the gift shop of my institution. This also included designing packaging for shipping records, gift bags, and clothing tags. I interviewed different people to find common goods that they would be interested in buying. Afterwards, I focused in on those goods and created designs that others, including myself, would feel drawn to purchase.
